FAQ
Before you book
Do I need to have cleaning supplies?
No. Cleaners bring their own products, vacuum and mop. If you'd rather we use something specific in your place, leave it on the counter and we'll use that instead.
What if I need to move my appointment?
Text us the day before and we'll move it, no fee. Same-day changes are usually fine too, but we can't promise the same time slot.
Can my dog or cat stay home?
Yes. Most of our regulars have pets. Just let us know in the notes so the cleaner isn't surprised, and we'll keep doors closed as needed.
Do you do recurring cleans?
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Recurring customers get a lower per-visit price and the same cleaner each time when the schedule allows. Ask for the recurring rate when we send your quote.
How do you get into my building?
However your building works: front desk, callbox, lockbox, or you letting us up. We've worked most of the high-rises Downtown and know the freight elevator rules.
